Solutions

Anything identified by the collective or eco-system that is necessary to complete the mission.

This includes:

1. Any agreements, designs, modules, systems, processes, structures, and results that have manifested from previous work and agreements done by members.
2. Any agreed upon next steps or identified next steps (identified as above by the collective)
3. Any updated changes to GenPlans or emergency situations that require a solution.

Emergency Solutions

In cases where there may not be time for collective process, the person handling the emergency contacts and get approval from two of three lead link members of three departments. (To be defined as groups diverge) [any emergency decision will have a cap on funds and can always be turned back through the correct process easily if it doesn’t work or a sense of manipulation is detected]

Preferences

Any non-critical issue that is brought up as a proposal to change or modify existing solutions.

This includes:

1. New ideas that are not critical
2. The updating of agreements that have already been decided by all. (unless identified as a solution through the pre-proposal process)
