Universal Agreements — the everyone-floor of the ecosystem. These apply to anyone in a shared agreement field, whether or not you are working together. Current as of canon 01 (synced July 2026). Organized by the 9 Value Clusters.
1.UA1 — I agree to honor all agreements and agreement fields I enter into, including shared access to information, tools, and platforms. If unable, I will communicate this in a timely manner to those affected; I may lose access per the access agreements attached.1.UA2 — I can lose access to the Ecosystem if I continue to act in opposition to agreement fields I am part of. If I lose access, I may be asked to attend a Training Course (possible fees).1.UA3 — I will first honor my previous agreements while making new ones, and use the correct channels to update past agreements.2.UA1 — I will only enter a space if I am in full alignment with the agreements posted.2.UA2 — I will not impose my will upon others, as they are sovereign, and will not use threats of any kind within an ETHOS or Ecosystem.2.UA3 — Freedom is the highest priority. I will not stand in the way of others' decisions, but remain in my own integrity and accountability. Physical force and matters not covered are handled by local legislation.2.UA4 — I will abide by any new-paradigm space agreements posted when I enter any physical or digital space (checking meeting announcements, document headers, etc.).No Universal Agreements in this cluster — covered by ETHOS Agreements and Principles.
4.UA1 — I agree to always speak the truth to the best of my ability.4.UA2 — Stability from an agreement field is an advantage; I will not request, enter, or imply tacit agreements of significant consequence.No Universal Agreements — co-creation moved to ETHOS Agreements (5.EA14). Co-creation only applies to those you actually work with, so it is not an everyone-floor agreement.
6.UA1 — If I break a law, I will deal with the repercussions of my legal jurisdiction; my personal actions are my own, and neither the ETHOS, the Eco-system, nor anyone else is responsible for them.
