1A - I shall maintain the (Root Truth Template) RTT as a guide in helping me align with others, define the vision, and create agreements at a variety of levels. When making a contract with actors that are outside the ecosystem, we strive to ensure RTT as a standard of excellence, even in the other org. I align with the RTT and agree to explore how I can improve myself and my environment using the RTT.

1C - I agree that if I feel off-balance, to honor myself, I will take a moment to re-center. I agree that I am solely responsible for my self-care and will not place blame on others around my needs being met, or the status of my health.

2A - I agree to honor all agreements and agreement fields I enter into, including agreements made around shared access to information, tools, and platforms. I understand that if I do not honor my agreements, I may lose access according to the access agreements attached to the project or resource.

  1. In this, I will first honor my previous agreements while making new ones, and use correct channels if I choose to update any past agreements.

2C (to be reallocated) - I agree that if I do not honor space agreements; the group stewarding the space may make this visible for others in the Universal field to see.

2D - I agree to Abide by any new-paradigm space agreements posted when I enter into any physical or digital space.

  1. I will only enter a space if I am in full alignment with the agreements posted.
  2. To do this for a digital space, I will check relevant locations such as meeting announcements and document headers.

2F - I have agreed to and am in alignment with the vision and mission of each Master Plan (GenPlan or EcoPlan) I join. I continually head towards this goal and look for ways to help all of us become more effective in getting there. If I start to question or come out of alignment with the vision, I agree to immediately speak with a coach about this. (if not done properly, the issue may persist.)

2G - I agree to honor ACT as the default form of governance and the process for change between forms of governance. If the ETHOS (or team within the ETHOS) has adopted and is using a form of governance other than the ACT, I agree to honor it.

  1. To instate a different form of governance, members of an agreement field use the ACT process.
  2. As an exit strategy from the instated form of governance, members use the ACT process to suggest returning to ACT as the main form of governance.

2H - I agree to always speak the truth to the best of my ability

2J - (to be reallocated)

  1. I understand that I may lose access to a ‘space’ if I do not honor the space agreements. If this happens enough times in the Eco-system I may lose access to certain areas, resources, or the Ecosystem itself.
  2. I understand that I can lose access to the Ecosystem should I continue to act in opposition to Universal Agreements or Ecosystem agreements; I may be asked to attend a Training Course - if I am required to do this, I understand there may be fees required.
  3. I understand that if I break a law, I will have to deal with the repercussions from the legal jurisdiction that I have signed up for or am a part of. My personal actions are my own to account for, and neither the ETHOS, the Eco-System nor another human being is ever responsible for my personal actions.

3E - The agreement fields support treating other ETHOS members as Family (definition). I will use processes for remediation and growth (based on the concepts of the family) that are available with other ETHOS members regardless of their actual relation to me.

3F - Co-creation is an art. I agree to learn the material offered here and be an open willing participant in the experiment of co-creation. I will make specific co-creator agreements and agree to abide by them. If I don't abide by them, and I participate in blocking, coercion, etc., I realize I may not be able to enter spaces with my co-creator badge even if I've taken the education.

6B - If we lose respect for someone because of their actions or decisions. eg… They do something we consider immoral, it’s our responsibility to take aligned steps to resolve our tensions as outlined in the Solutionary Culture document.

  1. I agree to honor myself and others by asking them questions and seeking understanding instead of getting upset or making assumptions or judgments.
